Workplace Nursery Legislative Requirements (Criteria for not being reportable on a P11D) · The scheme operates by the employer contracting with a Workplace Nursery for a place for employees' children and paying the nursery fees direct to the nursery on a monthly basis by standing order. ·
The parent takes an effective salary sacrifice or salary addition to fund the scheme. · For each contract Early Years Ltd is paid a fee to manage the scheme on behalf of the employer. This is paid at the start of the contract and again the employer recoups this sum from the employee's tax saving throughout the year. · We provide you with an Employers File providing up to date information on the status of the nurseries your employees use and act as your agent in all matters concerned. This is quite a detailed series of actions throughout the term of the contract and varies case by case.
